Accessibility Trainings
Empower your team with the skills to interact effectively and sensitively with individuals who are visually impaired or have other disabilities. VISIONS provides training sessions in both corporate and medical settings that cover best practices in communication and improving accessibility across departments, equipping your staff to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Accessibility Assessments for Your Spaces
Is your workspace or office designed with accessibility in mind? VISIONS offers expert assessments to help you understand how visually impaired individuals experience your space. Our team will evaluate your premises, and provide actionable recommendations to make your facilities more user-friendly and accessible
Corporate Sponsorships for Events
VISIONS Advisory Boards host a variety of exciting fundraisers across New York City, as well as our annual Charity Golf & Tennis Outing. These events bring together supporters, corporate partners, and community leaders. By sponsoring an event, your organization can gain valuable exposure, build meaningful networks, and help contribute directly to our mission. Corporate support can take many forms, including event donations, sponsorships, or bringing team members to attend.
Volunteer With Us
Make a difference by volunteering with us! At VISIONS Center on Aging, volunteers assist with meal service and facilitating activities that brighten the lives of older adults. At VISIONS Center on Blindness, volunteers can help beautify our 37.5-acre campus, or speak with participants and provide mock interviews for our residential work readiness program. Join us in creating meaningful experiences for those we serve.
Host An Intern or Hire a Jobseeker
VISIONS trains participants of all ages on workplace etiquette, resume building, and interviewing skills, preparing them for success. Hosting one of our interns comes at no cost to your organization, and provides them with invaluable real-world experience, while hiring one of our jobseekers sets them on a path toward living a fulfilling life. Our Workforce staff work closely with both your team and the interns/jobseekers to ensure a positive, productive experience that benefits all involved.
